Strategy + Design + Launch, National Individual Donor Program, GRID Alternatives, a national nonprofit bringing the benefits of solar technology to communities that would not otherwise have access. Co-designed and implemented the organization’s first gala fundraising event, first national major donor circle, and first individual donor policy. Updated high-touch major donor management processes and supporting Salesforce CRM system. Provided national headquarters direction for the design and implementation of individual donor engagement policies, programs, and systems. Trained and coached senior staff in nine regional offices/affiliates and for GRID’s international and tribal program teams in investor relationship management best practices and strategic engagement.
